With the Nutrium mobile app, your nutrition professional is always by your side, even between appointments!

You can use the app to check all the recommendations you were given, send messages every time you need help with anything, receive reminders to drink water, and food journaling, among other benefits.

Here's how you can receive access to the mobile app:

  • By SMS text;
  • By an email;
  • Given a random password and email address by your nutrition professional.

Did you receive access through SMS?

  • Check the SMS text send by Nutrium;
  • Click in the link provided;
  • Download the mobile app through the App Store or Play Store;
  • Authorize notifications so you can be updated with any new information (you can disable this later).

In this particular case, you will not be asked to add any password as Nutrium provides you with a random one and will stay logged in. If you want to set a new password, follow the steps in the last section of this article.

  • Open the email sent by your nutrition professional;
  • Click the button Set password;
  • Set your password and confirm it;
  • Confirm that the password was successfully set;
  • Access the App Store or Play Store;
  • Search for Nutrium and download the mobile app;
  • Access the app and log in with the email you provided your nutrition professional and the password you chose;
  • Authorize notifications so you can be updated with any new information (you can disable this later).

Did your nutrition professional give a random password?

  • Access the App Store or Play Store;
  • Search for Nutrium and download the mobile app;
  • Access the app and log in with the email and the password provided by your nutrition professional;
  • Authorize notifications so you can be updated with any new information (you can disable this later).

Forgot or want to change your password?

Você pode a qualquer momento alterar a senha de acesso ao aplicativo ou reiniciá-la no caso de ter esquecido. Para isso, siga os passos abaixo:

At any time, you can change your Nutrium mobile app password or recover it in case you have forgotten. For that, follow these steps;

  1. Open the app and click on the option. Don't have access?;
  2. Then click the option Forgot Your Password? in the pop-up message;
  3. Type in your email* to receive the instructions to change your password;
  4. Access your inbox and click the button Set password;
  5. Set your password and confirm it;
  6. Go back to the Nutrium mobile app and log in with your email and new password.

*In case you don't remember your e-mail address, send us an email by clicking in the text: Send us an email.

If did not give your nutrition professionals any contact information, you should get in touch with him/her to add that info to your profile and request a new password.
