Here are the steps you or your clients should follow to adjust the settings on your devices and receive notifications again.

Android devices have battery saving settings to help extend life battery between charges. You should disable the battery usage optimization setting of your device and protect Nutrium's app from that optimization.

The settings we present can be displayed differently in your device.

HTC
Access your phone settings;
Select 'Battery';
Click on 'Power saving mode';
'Battery optimization';
Select Nutrium and click on 'Don't optimize' and save.

Samsung
Access your phone settings;
Click on 'Apps';
Select the three-dot menu (top right corner);
Select 'Special access';
Select 'Optimize battery usage';
Locate Nutrium on the list and check if it is not selected.

Huawei
For Huawei devices, there are two types of settings possible. Check which one suits your smartphone.

  • First option:

Access battery settings;
Select 'Battery usage';
Find Nutrium and click on 'Launch';
Set it to 'Manage automatically' and enable 'Auto-launch' and 'Run in background'.

  • Second option:

Access your phone settings;
Select 'Apps';
Select 'Advanced' (in the bottom of the screen);
Select 'Ignore battery optimization';
Press 'Allowed' and select 'All apps';
Find Nutrium on the list and set as 'Allow'.

Xiaomi/MIUI

Access your phone settings;
Go to 'Apps and notifications';
Find Nutrium in all apps and press;
Select 'Advanced and Battery' and then 'Battery optimization';
Select 'Don't optimize'.

Sony

Access your phone settings;
Select 'Battery';
Select the three-dot menu (top right corner) and press 'Battery optimization';
Select 'All apps' and find Nutrium;
Press the app and choose the option 'Don't optimize'.

LG

Access your phone settings;
Select 'Battery and power saving';
Select 'Battery usage' and 'Ignore optimizations';
Enable the option 'Ignore battery optimization' for Nutrium.

One Plus Devices

Access your phone settings;
Select 'Battery';
Select 'Battery optimization';
Click on 'All apps' (top menu);
Select Nutrium and choose the option 'Don't optimize'.

Motorola devices

Access your phone settings;
Select 'Battery' and tap the menu on the top right corner;
Select 'Battery optimization';
Tap 'Not optimized' and select 'All apps';
Find Nutrium in the list and select the option 'Don't optimize'.

Other devices

If your smartphone is not on this list, try to locate a similar setup and apply it in order to solve the problem.
