You can cancel your subscription at any moment, and automatically on the tab "Manage subscription" in Nutrium, thus ensuring that the subscription will not be automatically renovated after the agreed period.

For this reason, and once Nutrium is exclusively for Professionals [1], there is no place for any refunds, without prejudice of legal requirements in place in each country, which should be indicated by the Client for analysis of Nutrium legal department.

When existent, refunds are, above all, strictly performed by the Nutrium team. And when applied, it is given priority to the attribution of credits with the value of the refund requested by the professional to be used in future license subscriptions. These credits expire after (12) twelve months of its attribution.

Without prejudice of the criteria not mentioned below, refunds are applied according to the following:

  • Proportional refund:

You can receive a refund equal to the period that you are not able to use the software due to the bad performance or service unavailability due to reasons directly imputable to Nutrium.

  • Full refund:

You can receive a full refund in cases such as not disabling the automatically billing function. In those cases, you should get in touch with Nutrium customer service, which should evaluate the necessary conditions for the refund and if all of the following conditions are met:

a) the request is made in the first (15) fifteen days after the purchase;

b) there was no apparent activity in Nutrium associated with the professional account during this period.
