Nutrium allows you the possibility to sync all your nutrition appointments scheduled on the software with your Google Calendar app. Here is why you should enable Google Calendar integration:

  • Clients will be notified by e-mail. The notification email is sent directly through Google Calendar;
  • Clients can add this event to their Google Calendar;
  • If you use Google Meet, this option is required to generate a video call link;
  • Any nutrition appointments are immediately synced in your Google Calendar.

How to enable this integration

The following steps will enable this integration by default in all the appointments scheduled with Nutrium.

1. Go to the Apps & services integrations page;

2. Find the Google Calendar card;

3. Click "Enable" to give Nutrium permission to integrate with your Google Calendar account.

Now, you go to "Calendar" and click in the + sign to schedule an appointment with a client. You will see that the option to "Synchronize appointment with Google Calendar" will be automatically selected.

Enabling the Google Calendar integration is crucial for the client to be notified of their upcoming appointments, and required to generate the Google Meet video calling link, which is done automatically by Nutrium once you click in "Save".

Any updates to the scheduled appointment (time changes or cancelations) will also be updated on Google Calendar. Here's a canceled appointment:

How to disable the Google Calendar integration

1. Go to the Apps & services integrations page;

2. Find the Google Calendar card;

3. Click "Disable" so that Nutrium does no longer syncs your appointments with your Google Calendar account as well as your clients.

Or you can disable this integration at any moment through your Google Account permissions.

This is useful if you'd like to stop sending notification of your scheduled appointments in Nutrium to your Calendar or to clients' calendar, or if you'd like to update your Google Calendar account.
