As for today, and during this health outbreak, sending messages to clients through Nutrium will be available to all our nutrition professionals.
What does this mean? It means that now you can send and receive messages from your clients directly through our software.
Clients will be able to receive them on their mobile app, and this option will not interfere with your active clients limit - which means that if you only can have ten active clients a month, you can still send messages to an unlimited number of clients.
This feature will be available for clients using our Follow-up package, as well as the Meal Plan package.
Make sure to enable this option on the client mobile app preferences so they can reply to your messages. To do so, follow the steps below:
Access the Configurations and Preferences page;
Make sure that the option Messages is enabled by default;
Validate this preset to all your clients, clicking in the icon on the right.
After these three steps, you and your clients will be able to chat in between appointments and whenever you need to.
Since this not affect the number of active clients, you will no longer be notified of this update whenever you send a new message.
