If your clients are following a meal plan which is no longer suitable for their energetic and nutritional requirements, you can block their access to Nutrium's mobile app.
To disable access you have two options:
- Access that client's profile or your Preferences page and choose to Enable or Disable the "Access to the mobile app" option in the section Patient's preferences.
- Choose the option "Disable to all patients" on the patient's profile or your Preferences page.
Hence, you will be able to keep track of which patients can continue using the mobile app or not.
